Several members of the 3 churches of the Benefice go along on a Friday evening to help out at the Homeless Support, organised by Friends of Essex and London Homeless.  They set up outside Grays Baptist Church and provide hot meals, clothes, sleeping bags, toiletries and sometimes have advisers and hairdressers there as well.… Read More

A service was held at Orsett Church on the afternoon of Sunday 3rd November to commemorate the lives of those who have died. People were invited to light a candle in and take a snowdrop to plant in memory of a friend or loved one.… Read More

Our new noticeboard is the gift of Bulphan-in-Bloom (B-i-B) in memory of the late Alan Cox, who tirelessly supported both B-i-B and St Mary’s, always mowing grass. Alan lived on the opposite corner from the church and said that he was privileged to have the best view in Bulphan and the least he could do is help to keep it looking its best.… Read More
